“I like getting to know everything about the company I’m working with.”
With these words from one of the twelve newly hired employees who have attended the Business Orientation last June 19 and 20, 2019 held at Balintawak, I must say that the purpose of the Business Orientation has been fulfilled.
Representatives from different sections and departments were invited to give our new employees an overview of their organizational structure, its functions, programs and upcoming activities. Drone shots of our toll road projects and our non-toll businesses were showcased, including our very own Drive and Dine in Meycauayan. Video presentations gave the employees a glimpse of how we construct and operate the expressways which, in turn, made employees appreciate the impact of our business operations.
Included in the program of activities was a tour of the Traffic Control Room (the eyes and the ears of the traffic operations) and District Building in Sta. Rita. The Business Orientation ended with an immersion at the Bocaue Barrier Toll Supervision Building where they visited one of the toll booths to have a better appreciation of toll operations.
