Excellence is a Habit: 2Q NLEXemplary Awards

The 2nd Quarter NLEXemplary Award was held last August 8, 2019 at the Luxent Hotel, Quezon City. Fifteen (15) employees were recognized for their outstanding performance and for exhibiting the company’s core values. Ms. Tet Wells, NLEX Corp CFO, opened the program and encouraged the awardees to continue to strive for excellence and collaborate with other employees in serving our motorists. Other members of the Mancom were also present led by NLEX Corp. President JLLB, LMW,  JJM, GGC, JDC and WDD.

Bazty Clemente, Customer Care

Being a part of Toll Operations makes me proud of myself.  Being one of Customer Care makes me more proud and happy.

It is not easy to handle both internal and external customers and give them the best customer service but we aim to exceed our customers’ expectations! I am committed to improving myself and my abilities. On this mindset, I hope I can inspire my team to level up, to be more patient in dealing with the customers, to love & appreciate the importance of their work.

I was nominated under one of our Core Values – Innovation.  Our new system called Salesforce, is being used by MPTC Customer Care, POS, Easytrip, Cavitex and Point Persons.  By putting this system in place, we are able to solve customer concerns fast, get insights to customer behavior and help them wherever they are – phone, email, social media, apps, or any other channel. As in any change, a new system equals new difficulties, new problems and new processes.  In all this, I gave my full focus to make the project possible and user friendly.  In every step, my team gave their support by  reporting errors and suggesting new ideas  to improve our internal processes.

Lastly, I am very much thankful for the trust, support and love given by Ma’am Charo.  It feels good to be acknowledged and be given full trust to handle such a big project.  We shared ups and downs along the way and we are happy and proud in fulfilling this project.

Lorelei Goingco of Toll Operations

For the past 14 years in this company, I have been through many challenges. Some are good and some are quite bad. Lalo na po nung nagsisimula ang operations nung ASUD days. I have encountered different people in my task and no matter how difficult the situation is, I have to give my best smile.

I was fortunate enough to experience being a toll teller and learned many different sides of my job, which in turn provided me with more insights into different types of roles that I could perform.

Success is what motivates me to do a good job. 14 years is not short knowing that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater and of course, my biggest motivation is my family, they are my source of inspiration and my strongest supporters as well.

To the company, to the committee of this event, to all our bosses who are present here today, Sa nag-nominate po sa akin na si Sir Jeff France, I would like to sincerely thank you and let you know that I am grateful to be part of this company. Rest assured that we will continue to do our best
