NLEX Corporation celebrated Employee Appreciation Day (EAD) last June 2022 to recognize the relentless effort and hard work of its employees. It was a joyous event for the company as everyone was given time off to enjoy the program and activities. As part of the EAD tradition, we also witnessed the crowning of our 2022 Mr. and Ms. NLEX Ambassadors. Both Carla Marcelo and Mark Patrick Manongdo are part of the Toll Operations Division.

We were given a chance to interview them to get a glimpse of their life story and journey in NLEX Corp and how are they feeling after their victory. As the company’s ambassadors, they also share how their I-CARE story and how they will use their influence to promote our revitalized company core values.

She’s fond of reading inspirational and fictional books and writing in her journal. She loves to travel, eat out, and watch movies and YouTube videos to relax and enjoy life.
