Feeling Empowered? When…

As MPTC launches its new leadership brand, L.E.A.D.S, let us talk about what the letter “L” represents – it stands for Lead through Empowerment. Simon Sinek, an American author, and the inspirational speaker said, “Leadership is about empowering others to achieve things they did not think possible.”  

Leaders should fully support and place their trust that team members can perform their work even if the task at hand seems complicated and unattainable. Leaders should be confident of their team members’ capabilities to deliver the output and achieve their goals and objectives.  

These simple acts have a greater impact not just to encourage productivity in the workplace but most of all, to increase employee confidence and self-worth, boost their morale, and keep them highly engaged. You can never imagine what achievement an individual can bring to the table if they feel valued and appreciated.
