They initiated and facilitated the internal training of fiber optic splicing to the Technology Division, MPT SOUTH HUB (IT, Toll, and Traffic), and EMAF (Electrical, Mechanical, Auxiliary, and Fleet Department) as part of knowledge/skills sharing for the benefit of good and quality workmanship when it comes to Optical Fiber Network. This helps everyone to easily identify faults, proper approach, better understanding, troubleshooting/restoration, and project management.
