OneLife Turns 1

Turning 1 signifies two things – reaching a milestone and the start of a new beginning.
OneLife – the lifestyle initiatives and fitness engagement programs brand of NLEX Corporation – recently celebrated its 1st anniversary last October 5, 2018.
The program was created to unify and put importance to all wellness activities being offered by NLEX Corporation to its employees. OneLife also aims to develop and cultivate a mindset of wellness to the employees and show them that the company genuinely cares for their well-being.
Over the past year, OneLife provided a variety of wellness programs from day-to-day fitness activities, participation in special events, and conduct of special talks. All of these put focus and importance on one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Last May, lactation stations were put up at the OMC and Valenzuela TSB and were able to secure a mother-baby friendly workplace certification.
In mid-2018, Boxing Thursdays and Crossfit Fridays were added to the roster of weekly wellness activities at the OMC, while Zumba classes every Wednesday were offered at the ODB and TOCB.
In August 2018, OneLife partnered for the first time with Color Manila for the CM Challenge Clark 2018 where over 85 employees participated. In the same month, OneLife conducted a financial literacy program to the employees in cooperation with SharePhil.
This is only the beginning of more wellness activities to be offered by OneLife, and we can look forward to more fun runs, seminars, wellness gatherings, and financial management talks in the remaining months of 2018.
This October, NLEX Corporation will be participating in the Clark Sunset Marathon (stay tuned for details and registration announcements). In November, wellness partners will be invited for the first-ever Wellness Fair. To cap the year, OneLife will be participating in yet another fun run – the CM Blacklight to be held in Clark.
