Nothing can make an employee happier than getting an award for a good performance and for loyalty and contributions over their years of service in the company.
In grateful appreciation for the years of service of MPTC employees, an Employee Service Award was held last August 18, 2022, in Okada, Manila. Each year, MPTC recognizes the hard work of its employees who have dedicated their utmost service to the company for the past 5, 10, 15, and 20 years. It is an opportunity to thank the employees for their years of service to the company.
The awardees from this year’s service awards were hired in 2001, 2006, 2011, & 2016. A total of 258 employees from MPTC group have been awarded, of which 210 came from NLEX Corporation – 159 employees for 5-year service, 13 employees for 10-year service, 37 employees for 15-year service, and 1 employee for 20-year service.
Having these loyal employees over the past years demonstrated that the company is a good place to work and is deserving of employee loyalty.

She feels connected to people every time she participates in different activities. While having a busy schedule, she finds ways to take a break from the grind to relax and unwind by traveling. She values the memories with her friends too, for her, having a friend is a treasure in this world that must be preserved.
