The second run of this year’s Round Table took place at David’s Tea House in Marilao, Bulacan, on March 11, 2024. Twenty employees from the Legal Services and Finance Division were selected to participate and were joined by these dedicated members of the ManCom: Atty. Joy Orig, the Head of Legal Services; Ms. JJ Go, Head of AMD; Ms. Donna Marcelo, head of CSM; Ms. West Dioniso, head of Operations Division; Ms. Sigrid Shun, HRBP Lead; and NLEX President and General Manager, Mr. J Luigi Bautista. 

For many of the selected participants, this was their first time attending such a session, heightening their anticipation for interacting with the ManCom members in a round table setup. A notable part of the program was the introduction, each of the participants and ManCom members shared a bit about themselves like their favorite type of day and their cherished vacation traditions. The activity facilitated an atmosphere of engagement, with applause, laughter, and appreciation resounding in the room as everyone interacted. 

The Q&A segment was particularly dynamic, as participants posed questions addressed to all present ManCom members. Towards the latter part of the session, JLLB shared a brief but impactful message with everyone present. The program concluded on a delightful note, with everyone enjoying a sumptuous meal together, fostering bonds beyond the venue.
