A Vibrant Tabletop Session Energizes Traffic Operations

By Mark Johnson C. Gil

On February 22, 2024, selected participants from both the Traffic Control Room and Traffic Operations office-based employees converged at the ODB Sta. Rita, Bulacan Gym for an invigorating Table Top session. Spearheaded by HRAD, this event served as a platform for employees to voice their concerns, exchange ideas, and devise actionable plans.

The Table Top session epitomized inclusivity, with representatives from various roles within Traffic Operations coming together to share their perspectives. By providing a space where everyone’s concern was valued, the session fostered a sense of unity and collaboration among participants.

Participants seized the opportunity to articulate their concerns, ranging from operational challenges to their well-being issues. However, the session went beyond merely identifying problems; it served as a breeding ground for innovative solutions. Through brainstorming and collaborative discussions, participants collectively proposed actionable plans to address the challenges at hand.

As the session drew to a close, participants departed with a renewed sense of purpose and solidarity. The Table Top had not only provided a platform for airing concerns but had also laid the groundwork for collective action and progress within Traffic Operations.

Here is a closer look at the dynamic and fruitful session:
