Asset Management Division’s Tabletop Experienced

By Mark Johnson C. Gil

Last August 13, 2024, a group of selected employees from the Asset Management Division were invited to participate in the Tabletop session held at the Annex Training Room in the NLEX Balintawak office. Spearheaded by HRAD, this event served as a platform for employees to voice their concerns, exchange ideas, and devise actionable plans. The Tabletop session epitomized inclusivity, with representatives from various roles within Asset Management coming together to share their perspectives. By providing a space where everyone’s concern was valued, the session fostered a sense of unity and collaboration among participants.

Participants seized the opportunity to articulate their concerns, ranging from operational challenges to their well-being issues. However, the session went beyond merely identifying problems; it served as a breeding ground for prospective solutions. Through brainstorming and collaborative discussions, participants collectively proposed actionable plans to address the challenges at hand.

As the session drew to a close, participants departed with a renewed sense of purpose and solidarity. They also realized that their concerns were heard and that their voice mattered. The Table Top had not only provided a platform for airing concerns but had also laid the groundwork for collective action and progress within the Asset Management Division.

Here’s a closer look at the dynamic and productive session:
