In every emergency situation, every second counts. Having trained employees who can administer immediate first aid such as CPR, wound care, and choking response is beneficial at the workplace and can significantly reduce the severity of injuries and save lives.


On September 25 and 26, we conducted an Occupational First Aid Training session attended by 40 employees from NLEX Corporation, MPT Digital Inc., and MPT Mobility. This training aimed to equip employees with essential first aid skills and knowledge to respond effectively to medical emergencies at the workplace.


The Occupational First Aid Training typically includes understanding the role and responsibilities of a first aider, scene safety, and patient assessment, identifying emergencies and knowing when to activate emergency services, hands-on training in CPR, using an AED, managing wounds, and responding to common workplace injuries and illnesses.






To assess the readiness of participants and gauge the impact of the training on their confidence in responding to emergencies, we invited attendees to share their experiences and insights. Here’s a summary of their feedback:
