Building Leaders for the Road Ahead

Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) recently celebrated the culmination of Build 2 (Build Leadership Depth) Management Development Program (MDP). This is a leadership program designed to prepare the organization’s next generation of leaders. The graduation ceremony took place on April 25, 2025 at De La Salle University. It marked a significant milestone in MPTC’s commitment to sustainable leadership and talent development.
The MDP program was facilitated in partnership with the De La Salle University – School of Lifelong Learning. This reflects MPTC’s dedication to develop their talents. The program started last July 2024 and ended in November 2025. Through a series of intensive modules, participants gained critical management skills. They learned strategic thinking frameworks that address the industry’s dynamic needs. They also improved their personal effectiveness and leadership tools tailored to the tollways and mobility industry. It was concluded with an Action Research for the application of the learnings from the module.
Special awards for Best Speaker and Best Action Research were presented during the ceremony. The top students of Batch 1 – Responsiveness and Batch 2 – Excellence were also recognized.
