In order to ensure that NLEX plans are rolled out and harmonized across its Divisions, NLEX Corporation held its Business Plan Rollout last January 16, 2024. Operations Division hosted the event, with Meng Bautista and Kath Alfaro hosted the morning session, and Liz Uy and Ernell Yco hosting the afternoon session of the conference.

Divisions reported on 2024 Goals and Priorities, with a focus on Process, People, Profit, and Products and Projects. Themed Changing Forward, Expanding Connections, Building the Nation, the presentations showed how teamwork, responsiveness, and public service are woven into, and critical for, the attainment of our plans.

Two key messages were delivered during the conference. RLS emphasized the importance of unity and harmony – “walang iwanan, walang laglagan”. True to form, he stayed until the end of the business rollout. JLLB, on the other hand, ended the conference with his closing remarks, which included the tagline – “NLEX Tayo, nagpapanibago para sa kapakanan ng Pilipino.”

During the conference, the renewed Mission-Vision, and the MPTC Integrity Pledge, which will be eventually rolled out, were hinted.

The Operations Division masterfully hosted the Business Plan Rollout and went above and beyond with a breakout dance number and witty games.
