NLEX Corporation’s annual performance evaluation is conducted every first quarter of the year. It is the time dedicated to evaluating and valuing employee performance for the previous year. It also serves as a communication channel between leaders and people to discuss performance feedback, recognize exemplary performance and project accomplishments, and even raise and talk about areas for improvement. This period is also the time to set targets and goals.
As we encourage and give importance to the performance feedback and evaluation, we asked NLEX employees to send their pictures and selfies while they are doing their one-on-one performance evaluation and proof of completed 2022 PMS through Coaching Bingo.
Here are the 50 winners who will receive 200 GC each.
Performance evaluation should not only be done annually. We encourage everyone to regularly conduct one-on-one sessions at least twice a year. Make performance feedback and coaching a habit!
