Unlocking employee potential drives an organization’s success. Therefore, having performance coaching between leaders and employees is essential as this can help employees sustain their strengths, develop new skills, improve areas for development, and support them in their career growth. In a way, this can also increase employee engagement.
Last July 2022, this activity was gamified. Coaching Bingo was launched to all probationary and regular NLEX employees. This engaging activity aims to encourage and reinforce one-on-one performance conversations between superiors and staff. This also intends to build and optimize employee’s capabilities through coaching and feedback giving. Aside from these objectives, Coaching Bingo also intends to promote and maximize the utilization of HCMS Performance Management System Module since the action plans given in the card could only be carried out through the system.
Like the usual way of playing bingo cards, the designated tiles which are equivalent to action items in Coaching Bingo should be accomplished in order to mark them down and win.


Wave 1 which was concluded last September 2022 was participated by both leaders and people role from different division.
