Lunch-and-learn is one of NLEX’s people programs to encourage learning and development through knowledge-sharing and informal learning sessions while enjoying a midday meal at work. It is also an opportunity for our employees to share their skills and expertise with other teams.

Headed by our Information Technology (IT) Team, NLEX conducted Lunch and Learn last Apr 18 at Integrity Onelife Gym. Technology topics discussed include Acceptable User Standard discussed by Jboy Cambel, IT Security by Jay Cay, and Basic Troubleshooting by Bobby Paulino. Our Senior Specialists from IT Technology shared their expertise with our twenty-five participants.

Our IT Team was also enthusiastic and willing to answer questions from the participants.

While we have our Lunch-and-Learn informal learning session as our company-wide activity. We encourage our subject matter experts from different Divisions to conduct brown bag and echo sessions among their team so can build a learning culture in MPTC.
