NLEX employees received their ICARE ID lace, which included two brand ID cards, on March 2023.  The MPTC brand IDs consist of the revitalized Mission, Vision, ICARE core values, LEADS leadership brand, and the interconnection of ICARE, LEADS, and ABCS people practices.

As we continue embracing our ICARE culture and reinforcing our new leadership brand called LEADS, employees posted their pictures on the Northloop FB page wearing the new ICARE ID lace and brand IDs. They also share which leadership brand they can relate to.
