“When an opportunity presents itself, grab it!” This was a message from Mr. Glenn Campos, Technology Division Head and ManCom Speaker of recently held Lead Talks as he shared his Innovation success story and lessons learned to the 14 participants from different departments.
Lead Talks is an HR communication program that aims to inspire and motivate employees through sharing of ManCom’s leadership competencies and professional journey. This is also an avenue for our employees to know more and have a close encounter with our ManCom leaders.
The 3rd Quarter Lead Talks with the theme “Relentlessly Innovative” was conducted face-to-face last September 21 at OMC Gym. Sir Glenn imparted his insights on the company’s core value: Innovation, discussing how technology in the company has evolved through time – improvements in CCTV cameras, emergency call boxes, toll collection system, and RFID card readers, to name some. Present and upcoming technology-related projects were also discussed – Automatic License Plate Recognition, Contactless Apprehension System, and Traffic Investigation Solution.
Apart from these insights on Innovation, it is no doubt that participants greatly appreciated the motivational and encouraging sharing of Sir Glenn specifically in aspects of the profession and in life in general. Here are some of the participants’ key takeaways:
