The 2024 NLEX Fair, part of Onelife Programs, brought a fresh wave of excitement and enthusiasm to our employees. It celebrated financial wellness, business growth, and community spirit. This year’s fair had a “Carnival” theme. It was designed to infuse fun and energy into the event. The goal was to create an engaging atmosphere for all. Employees were eager to explore the fair’s offerings. Many arrived early. This showed just how much support and interest there was in this fantastic program.
This year’s NLEX Fair had a good turnout. 31 NLEXhibitors showcased their talents, products, and side hustles at the OMC Balintawak Compound. In addition, 2 NLEXhibitors participated virtually through the online promotion platform. We were also joined by UNILAB, mWell, SSS and Pag-Ibig.
A standout feature of the 2024 NLEX Fair was the special “I am NLEXpreneur” aprons given to every NLEXhibitor. These customized aprons served as a token of appreciation. They also acted as a symbol of unity among our employees. Wearing the apron proudly, each NLEXhibitor embraced being part of something bigger. They demonstrated their commitment to growing as entrepreneurs. They also supported the NLEX community.
Top sellers: Joyce De Guia (ODH), PUNLA Program Social Enterprises, Carl Afonso (Operations), and Elaine Noveda (HRAD) received recognition. They excelled in the food category. LJ Peralta (HRAD) and Gibson Repomanta (Technology) excelled in the non-food category. Aside from the booths, we also added few games that were very much enjoyed by the employees.
NLEX Fair was also put in Northloop for live selling and promotion. From start to finish, we had a full support from our community.

Indeed, the 2024 NLEX Fair was a perfect opportunity for NLEX employees to showcase their entrepreneurial spirit. They could also present their passion projects. The community found a chance to come together as one.
