Some NLEX employees attended a Lunch and Learn session on August 28, 2025, at the NLEX Training Room, where Ms. Ansherina Roberto, Traffic Data Analysis Senior Specialist from Traffic Operations, guided participants through the essentials of Microsoft Excel Basics.

The session aimed to sharpen everyday Excel use—from navigating the interface and mastering shortcut keys to formatting worksheets and applying conditional formatting for clearer, more professional reports. Ms. Anshe also introduced practical tools such as sort and filter, text to columns, flash fill, data validation, and commonly used functions and formulas.

The highlight of the session was learning how to build PivotTables, a powerful way to summarize and analyze large sets of data with ease.

This interactive Lunch and Learn helped to build a learning culture in NLEX organization.  It gave learning opportunities for employees, useful tips and tricks to work smarter, boost efficiency, and build confidence in handling data-driven tasks.
