ManCom Connect: Bridging the Gap Between Employees and Management

What’s one thing that employees genuinely look forward to? It’s those rare moments when they can interact informally with company leaders—ask random, funny, or even bold questions—and most importantly, learn from them in a relaxed and engaging environment. This year, NLEX Corporation made that possible through the rebranded program called ManCom Connect, an initiative launched by the Human Resources and Administration Division (HRAD).

ManCom Connect is one of NLEX’s key people programs designed to foster open communication between employees and senior management. It provides a platform where employees can gain insights, raise clarifications, and receive updates straight from the leaders—minus the formalities.

On June 4, 2025, 25 selected participants from the Technology Division gathered at Limbaga 77 Café in Quezon City to take part in this exciting event. Gracing the session were prominent ManCom members:

  • Ms. Sigrid Shun, VP and NLEX HRBP Lead
  • Ms. West Dionisio, VP, NLEX Operations Division Head
  • Ms. Ivygail Casipe, Head of NLEX Supply Chain Management
  • Ms. Donna Marcelo, CSM Head
  • Mr. Glenn Campos, Head of NLEX Technology Division

The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy as participants embraced the opportunity to ask “anything under the sun” to their chosen ManCom leaders—from work-related concerns to light-hearted, humorous questions. For many, it was a memorable first-time experience to connect with executives in such a casual and welcoming setting.

The event wrapped up with a delightful meal shared by all—a perfect ending to a day of laughter, learning, and meaningful conversations.

Here’s a glimpse of the smiles, stories, and moments that made this ManCom Connect truly one for the books.
