Employees who are on their 3rd month of being on probationary were gathered last May 21, 2024 at the ODB Gym to have a quick “kamustahan.” Almost all of them are three months away from their most anticipated regularization. This session helped them identify and resolve the potential challenges early and foster a sense of belonging and engagement among the probationary employees. This kind of catch-up also allows us to gauge how well new hires integrate into the company culture and adapt to their roles, ensuring a smoother transition towards permanent employment.
