It was a memorable day for all NLEX employees as the Human Resources and Admin Division set several activities to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day. Just like the previous year, the celebration was divided into 3 sessions and aired via our official Facebook group—Northloop.
Our President and General Manager, Mr. J. Luigi L. Bautista personally thanked all employees for their individual and collective contributions to the company.
A lot of activities were in store that day such as the 3-on-3 Basketball League at the ODB Basketball Court. The Tollway Development and Engineering Team bagged the championship.
A contest for the Photobooth Decorating was also held. The Teamwork compound in Sta. Rita, Guiguinto, Bulacan was awarded 1st place. The Innovation compound in Dolores, Pampanga and NLEX Hub in Balintawak, Caloocan City won 2nd and 3rd place, respectively.
All employees also received tokens and packed meals while tuned in for raffles and games.
The search for Mr. and Ms. NLEX Ambassadors was also part of the program.
Before the program ends, Mr. Mark Patrick Manongdo and Ms. Carla Marcelo, both from Operations Management Division, were crowned as Mr. and Ms. NLEX Ambassadors 2022.
Meynard Molina from Finance and Janina Elena Carpio from CSM Division won 1st runner up.
Marvic Soledad from Tollways Development and Engineering and Claire Nicole Mendoza from Technology Division bagged 2nd runner-up.
Being appreciated is a wonderful and very fulfilling experience. Cheers to everyone for continuously building a healthy workplace environment!
