NLEX Fair 2025: Unmasking the Heroes at Work

Held on November 14, 2025, at the OMC Parking Area, the NLEX Fair 2025 was more than a company gathering—it was a celebration of creativity, entrepreneurship, and community. Designed as a refreshing break from day-to-day operations, the fair gave NLEX employees the opportunity to step outside their usual roles and showcase a different side of themselves: as business owners, creators, and passionate individuals with stories to tell.

Set against a lively and welcoming atmosphere, the fair transformed the OMC Parking Area into a vibrant marketplace. Booths lined the venue, each one reflecting the unique personality and interests of the employees behind them. From homemade food and specialty drinks to handcrafted items, lifestyle products from our partner communities, and innovative services, the variety on display highlighted the diverse talents within the NLEX community.

We have a total of 37 registered NLEXPreneurs this 2025.

For many participants, the NLEX Fair 2025 was a chance to bring their personal passions to life. Employees proudly introduced their small businesses—some long nurtured as side hustles, others newly launched—using the fair as a platform to test ideas, gain feedback, and connect with potential customers.

The result was an environment that felt both relaxed and entrepreneurial, where conversations flowed as easily as transactions.

Aside from the bustling fair booths, the event also opened the floor to a Videoke Challenge, exclusively for the first registrants. This added an exciting and entertaining twist to the day, drawing cheers, laughter, and enthusiastic support from the crowd. Employees stepped up to the microphone, showcasing not only their vocal talents but also their confidence and stage presence.

The videoke battle was nothing short of amazing, with each participant giving their best performance and energizing the audience. After an exciting showdown, the crowd celebrated as Ms. Lizette Rabas from the Treasury Department was announced as the winner of the Videoke Challenge, earning well-deserved applause and prize.

As the fair came to a close on November 14, 2025, it left behind more than memories of good food and great finds. It left a renewed sense of pride, motivation, and unity—evidence that when employees are empowered to bring their own flavor of business, everyone benefits.
