Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, in partnership with the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education (“Ateneo AGSB-CCE”), held a graduation ceremony for the Leadership and Management Development Program last August 19, 2025 at the Escaler Hall of Ateneo De Manila University.

The graduation ceremony was held to formalize the participants’ completion of the LMDP, which kicked off last July 10, 2024. The LMDP, attended by select BuiLD 1 candidates from different MPTC Business units, comprises of 12 courses and 1 Integrating Team Project, all of which were designed to equip the candidates with business proficiency and fluency and a generalist management perspective.

Director’s Award (Complete attendance, with a total QPI of 3.5 or higher, and no grade below 3.0)

Academic Citation Award (total QPI of 3.5 or higher, and no grade below 3.0)

The simple graduation ceremony was adorned with heartful messages from Ms. Marleth Calanog, Executive Director of Ateneo AGSB-CCE, Atty. Maria Anthonette V. Allones, MPTC Chief HR Officer, Mr. Jose Ma. K. Lim, Class President Messages from Ms. Jinkee Dalisay for Agility and Mr. Gerry Espiritu for Innovation, messages from the top Director’s Awardee for each class, and closing remarks from Dean Jet Magsaysay of AGSB.

NLEX graduates, who attend the Innovation class, earned their diplomas by successfully completing all twelve courses of the program having a QPI of at least 2.5 with a grade not lower than 2.0 in any course, meeting the 80% attendance, and meeting all course requirements.
