NLEX Traffic Operations on a Roll!

Work hard, play harder!

The NLEX Traffic Operations Team recently hit the shores of Subic for an epic team bonding experience—and it was nothing short of unforgettable! Held at the sunny and splash-filled White Rock Waterpark and Beach, the event ran in four energetic batches, bringing together our hardworking patrol officers, traffic supervisors, specialists, heads and support teams for days filled with fun, laughter, and connection.

Through land-based team challenges, each batch brought the hype, the heart, and the hustle. Whether it was on blinds, competing in hilarious relay games, or just chilling by the beach and pools—everyone had the chance to break free from routine and strengthen the bonds that keep our team strong.

The highlight? Watching colleagues cheer each other on, laugh without limits, and share stories beyond the expressway. These moments reminded everyone that behind the uniforms and radios are people who truly care—for each other and for the mission they serve.

Leadership also took the time to show appreciation and reinforce the importance of unity in keeping NLEX safe and efficient. It was a well-deserved breather and a powerful reminder that teamwork doesn’t just happen on the road—it starts with relationships.

As everyone returns to their lanes and posts, we bring back more than just sun-kissed skin and group selfies—we carry stronger bonds, shared laughs, and a whole lot of energy to keep driving forward.

Team NLEX Traffic Operations may be back on the road, but the memories from these 4 batches of team bonding will surely drive them through the busiest of days. Here’s to more bonding, more teamwork, and more reasons to smile behind the scenes!
