NLEX Corporation gathered its top talent to celebrate outstanding achievements at the 2025 NLEXemplary Awards, held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at the Bulacan State University Amphitheater. The prestigious event recognized individuals and teams whose exceptional dedication and contributions during the first half of the year truly embody NLEX’s core values.

The afternoon spotlighted recipients of the highly coveted NLEX Presidential Pin of Honor. The Lingunan Project Team was lauded for their remarkable feat of completing their project a full month ahead of schedule, resulting in substantial savings of ₱8.8 million.

Also honored was Patrol Senior Associate Ishiko Orpiano, whose exemplary integrity shone through when he promptly returned a pouch containing ₱200,000 found in an Easy Pay booth.

The NLEXemplary Awards further celebrated several teams for their significant impact:

• The NLEX Media Team was recognized for expertly managing high-profile public and media concerns, generating over 2,000 positive media exposures.
• The Lakbay Pinas Team earned accolades for organizing the company’s first group-wide media tour, significantly boosting NLEX’s brand visibility.
• The Marilao Bridge Repair Team was celebrated for their swift and effective repair work, completing a critical project ahead of schedule.
• The BCMS Team received recognition for securing NLEX’s 6th ISO certification, enhancing the company’s operational resilience.
• The NLEX Patrol Team was honored for their quick thinking and dedication, credited with saving a life during a critical incident on the Sta. Rita Bridge.

Individual excellence also took center stage, with Marvin G. Cervantes from Traffic Operations awarded for his innovative plan that successfully resolved major traffic congestion.

Roselle De Guzman Santos from Toll Operations was recognized for her outstanding performance and exemplary leadership.

The ceremony concluded with inspiring messages from Mr Denn Charly Española, emphasizing how employee dedication is a vital force driving the company’s continued success and its positive impact on the Filipino people.
