NLEX Corporation’s Investors in People (IiP) Platinum journey didn’t end on the day we received the certification, our astounding journey had only just begun!
IIP Champions Plenary #4 was conducted at the Luxent Hotel last January 29 to give updates on the IIP action plans identified, discuss the result of the 2024 IIP Internal Survey, and gather suggestions on the areas that need further improvement.
NLEX employees are aware of and are already experiencing first-hand all the people programs’ best practices of the company. Our next goal is also to inform the public about its good practices related to people management, employee development, and continuous improvement. Employer Branding Workshop facilitated by Ms. Princess Morales was also part of the program to empower the IiP Champions which were now considered as NLEX ambassadors.
Sir Luigi Bautista, NLEX President and General Manager and Ms. Lea Wong, HRAD Senior Vice President, were both present to give an inspiring message to our IIP Champions. Here are the highlights of this fun and collaborative event:

Edsen Del Mundo, Human Resources and Administration. An introverted human resources professional. Beyond his professional role, he takes delight in playing musical instruments. He also loves travel, photography, and is committed to continuous learning and professional development.
