Continuing the Financial Wellness Program of Onelife, we again invited the dependents and family members of NLEX employees for learning sessions related to starting Hydroponics and Kimchi and Korean food business. Aligned with the objectives of Onelife, NLEXPRENEUR: Sustainable Livelihood Program aims to help our employees achieve not just physical but also financial wellness and learn different ways to improve their financial health.

Just to recap, the sustainable livelihood workshop under NLEXPRENEUR program was organized in partnership with Negoeskwela and Tollways Multipurpose Cooperative. It has been going on since April; The first session was coffee shop and barista business conducted in Negoeskwela Office in Quezon City last April 26, 2024. Kimchi and Korean Food Business was organized last May 31, 2024, at NLEX Compound Sta. Rita and recently, Hydroponics last June 28, 2024.
NLEX promotes financial wellness through these monthly programs, not just for our employees but even for their dependents. Malasakit to our employees and their families is one of our social responsibilities and ways of bringing a good life to people. We are hopeful that this will embark on and kickstart the entrepreneurial journey of our employees and their family members.
Upcoming session this July: Special Meat Products Business. Should you be interested in enrolling your dependents, do not hesitate to reach out to your HR Business Partners! Happy learning and good luck, NLEXPRENEURS! 😊
