A little girl wants to know what is down the road for her
so she started walking and didn't really mind
about what she's gonna find
and things she's going to left behind

She's scared but excited
About the journey she's in
She's alone and by herself
but she's got fire within

She keeps on walking on the road
without someone by her side
Carrying all the lessons and the scars she got from the past

Until one day she found
An unfamiliar place
with people so nice
with a welcoming heart
who wants her to enjoy her first start

She's so grateful to the new place she found
She likes the place and the people around
It makes her feel like she already belong
Although she is still having trouble of getting along
But for now she is so happy and wanted to be strong
because she is enjoying her stay and she's hoping it will be long
