NLEX Corporation recently conducted its LEAD Talks. It is one of the ABCS people programs aimed at fostering leadership development among its employees. The program also inspires the next generation of leaders. This third quarter’s LEAD Talks featured Ms. Ivy Casipe, Assistant Vice President of Supply Chain Management, sharing her personal and professional journey with the participants.

The talk was held last Oct 14 at FYM Seafood Restaurant Valenzuela attended by twenty-two future leaders of NLEX.





As an avid animé fan, Ms. Ivy asked our participants to watch “Spirited Away.” It is an animated fantasy film. They were asked to share their insights about the good and bad traits of Yubaba, the leader of the Bathhouse. Some were also asked to share about their favorite cartoon or animé as part of the getting-to-know.
During the talk, Ms. Ivy recounted the triumphs and bumps she faced in her personal life and career. Her insights offered valuable lessons on overcoming obstacles and seizing growth opportunities.
