Rain or Shine at Las Casas Filipinas

Sometimes, the best way to grow as a team is to step outside the usual work routine — and that’s exactly what we did. The Toll Operations held its Team Bonding at the cultural site of Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar last June 11, 18, and 25, 2025.

The day began with the famous Heritage Walking Tour, where we walked through beautifully restored Spanish-Filipino houses and grand plazas. Every corner told a story, making us feel like we had traveled back in time. It wasn’t just educational — it was inspiring, leaving us in awe of Filipino craftsmanship and culture.

Of course, the fun wasn’t just in the tours. We gathered for some team games and bonding activities like cup stacking, tower of strength, and maze runner, where cheers and laughter filled the air despite the gray skies. The hearty Filipino food was a complement to the heartfelt conversations each team had at their tables that built strong bonds.

At the end of the day, winners were announced. The winning teams delivered an amazing and engaging video output about their experience in Las Casas. The weather may have slightly affected our activities but what mattered most was the time spent together and memories we’ll carry with us back to work.
