This year’s awardees demonstrated outstanding professionalism, decisive action, and collaboration—delivering meaningful impact to operations, safety, and organizational performance.
NLEXemplary Employees
Patrol Officers Aldrin V. Anesco and Christian C. Batoon were recognized for their integrity and vigilance after promptly securing and returning a bag containing ₱100,000 and important personal documents found at the Tipo Toll Plaza. Their swift action ensured zero escalation, uninterrupted service, and reinforced public trust in NLEX personnel.

TL Nelson D. Paglinawan was honored for agility and responsiveness after successfully managing a critical incident at the Meycauayan Interchange. His calm and empathetic intervention prevented loss of life while maintaining smooth traffic flow, demonstrating strong crisis management under pressure.

Ria Joyce L. Saldo received recognition for excellence in leadership and operational efficiency. By managing dual roles during a staffing gap, she ensured business continuity, mitigated financial risks, and delivered measurable cost savings—setting a strong example of accountability and dedication.

NLEXemplary Teams
The NLEX Traffic Operations Training Team was commended for rapidly onboarding and training over 100 traffic personnel through in-house programs. Their efforts strengthened workforce readiness, minimized errors, and generated significant cost savings without compromising service quality.

SCTEX Crisis Response and NLEX Emergency Response Team were recognized for their professionalism and compassion in handling sensitive incidents. Through timely intervention and proactive preparedness, they ensured employee safety, avoided operational disruption, and upheld NLEX’s commitment to human-centered service.

Innovation and resilience were also highlighted through teams responsible for the TCG enhancement module, flood management during Typhoon Crising and the Habagat, and the NLEX Emergency Response Team. Their in-house expertise, swift response, and technical excellence protected operations, avoided penalties, and ensured uninterrupted service.






The NLEX NorthLink Editorial Team was recognized for producing engaging internal communications that strengthen connection and culture. By keeping content development in-house, the team delivered consistent quality while achieving significant cost efficiencies.
