Employees from the Finance Division attended a Tabletop Session on April 23, 2025 at the Annex Training Room in the NLEX Balintawak office. The Human Resources and Admin Division organized this session which gave employees a chance to speak up. Each one could share ideas and help create solutions to improve their work experience.
The session brought together staff from different roles in the Finance Division. Everyone was encouraged to share their thoughts, making the event inclusive and open for all. This created a strong sense of teamwork and understanding among the participants.
During the session, employees talked about their work-related issues and personal well-being. It was a safe space where they felt heard and supported. Through small group session, participants worked together to understand problems and think of ways to solve them. Many useful ideas were shared and simple but effective plans to improve daily tasks and work conditions were developed.
