Our recent Employee Appreciation Day was an incredible two-day celebration, last July 24 and July 29. The event was filled with excitement, joy, and heartfelt gratitude for our dedicated employees, making it truly memorable.
Day 1: July 24
Morning Surprises and Sweet Treats
The first day kicked off with a delightful shuttle surprise. Employees were greeted with a lively playlist to set a positive tone for the day. Hidden throughout the shuttle and buildings were stickers that employees could find to earn free tokens, adding an element of fun and engagement from the start.
To sweeten the morning, we set up a dessert bar offering a variety of delicious treats. The dessert bar was a hit, providing a delightful break and a chance for employees to indulge in some tasty goodies.
Facebook Live Shoutout and Games
The morning continued with a special Facebook Live shoutout session. Employees sent in their appreciation messages, which were read aloud during the live stream. This interactive session allowed everyone to express their gratitude and acknowledge the hard work of their colleagues. The live shoutout also featured games, adding a fun and competitive element to the appreciation.
Afternoon Relaxation
In the afternoon, we aimed to relieve stress with free massages from blind therapists. This unique and relaxing experience was greatly appreciated, giving everyone a chance to unwind and recharge.
Day 2: July 29
Celebration at The Greenery, Bulacan
The second day of our Employee Appreciation Day was held at The Greenery in Bulacan, a beautiful venue. Employees enjoyed a variety of food carts, games, and photo booths, creating a festive and enjoyable atmosphere. The highlight of the day was the awarding of the Employees of the Year, recognizing those who gave extra mile for others.
Our Employee Appreciation Day was a resounding success, filled with moments of fun, relaxation, and heartfelt appreciation. We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate our incredible team and look forward to many more such events in the future.
