Onelife presents – Walk to wellness! The program emphasizes the benefits of walking to both our physical and mental well-being. Walking is a low-impact exercise that almost anyone can incorporate into their daily routine. The Walk to Wellness program will run from March to November 2024 with target participants of more than 500 NLEX employees.

Here at NLEX, there are a lot of wonderful and accessible ways to promote wellness, and this is our key to making NLEX employees’ lifestyles more sustainable and enjoyable. #GanitokamisaNLEX
Other than physical well-being, the program also aims to promote mental wellness. As we all know, walking is also a form of stress reduction especially when we appreciate our natural surroundings. It will also increase energy levels and reduce feelings of fatigue, especially during hell weeks.
Walk to Wellness was also created to promote camaraderie and engagement. Group registration was required during the sign-up period as being part of a walking group or walking with friends and colleagues can provide social interactions, making the activity more enjoyable which aims to build a sense of community while fostering relationships and improving overall well-being.
