Welcome, PXP!

Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC)  recently launched the PXP Experience Lab in partnership with Darwinbox. It aims to provide employees with hands-on opportunities to explore its new Human Capital Management System (HCMS).

PXP (read as pix-pee) stands for People Experience.  The HR initiative aims to improve MPTC’s HCMS. It empowers employees to manage their personal information. This initiative elevates their overall experience in human resource processes. #EmpoweringPeopleElevatingExperiences

The PXP Expi Lab highlighted key modules. These modules include Leave and Attendance in Pod 1, Core in Pod 2, and Performance Management in Pod 3. Participants navigated the system using the test pods.

To add a festive touch, the PXP mascot visited various MPTC offices, including MPT South, OMC Balintawak, ODB Sta. Rita and SM North Towers. This engaging initiative introduced employees to valuable on-the-go tools. These tools are helpful in their day-to-day employee life. Through this experience, MPTC shows its dedication to fostering a culture of innovation. It achieves this by digitalizing the HR processes through a user-friendly system.
