In our life, we sometimes encounter miracles, though not always dramatic or earth-shaking, but quiet moments that remind us God is near. They come in answered prayers, unexpected help, or strength we didn’t know we had.

There are moments like what our newly-hired Talent Development Senior Specialist, Czarina Galang, experienced in her life. She was blessed to be able to attend the World Youth Day 2011. For her, it was one of the most powerful experiences she had but getting there was anything but easy. Lack of funds, resources, and even hope were among her struggles back then and it seemed impossible that she would be able to attend in Madrid, Spain. At that time, it felt like a fading dream—until God began to show up in unexpected ways. Strangers came, doors opened, and little by little, He provided just enough to keep her going.
When she saw Pope Benedict XVI, even when surrounded by millions, it still felt deeply personal to her. In his presence, she witnessed God’s love. His words and the unity of the global Church called her to something far greater.

In 2015, when Pope Francis came to Manila, she knew she had to do something for the youth as it had once been done for her. As a youth leader, she wanted to show Christ to others through the Pope’s presence. She gathered a group and led them to Luneta—through the crowds, the rain, the fatigue, and the thrill. Standing there together, they were drenched but overjoyed. She saw in their eyes the same light. It was the same light she had years earlier in Madrid.
She felt like everything had come full circle. She transitioned from being guided to guiding others. Her journey went from lacking to abundance. She moved from receiving grace to becoming a vessel of it.

In both instances, God’s hand was unmistakable. His presence is evident not only in the grand moments but also in the quiet, faithful steps of saying yes. Moments like this happen even when we feel unprepared.
She learned an important lesson as a young leader in the Church. She has a responsibility, not just to experience the miracle of God’s love, but also also share it with others. The Good News of Christ isn’t something to keep to herself. Witnessing His love should not only transform her but it should also flow through her to reach others.
Faith becomes truly alive when it moves beyond personal experience and becomes a living testimony for those around. Because in the end, faith isn’t about getting everything we ask for—it’s about trusting God. It’s choosing to be grateful in the waiting. We keep walking even when we don’t see the full path. We believe that He is working, even in the silence.
