On February 26, 2025, selected Traffic Operations participants from the Traffic Control Room, office-based employees, and field personnel gathered at the ODB Sta. Rita Bulacan Gym for an engaging and insightful tabletop session. Organized by HRAD, this event provided a platform for employees to voice their concerns, exchange ideas, and develop actionable plans to enhance operations.
The session embodied inclusivity, bringing together representatives from various roles within Traffic Operations to share their unique perspectives. By fostering an environment where every concern was heard and valued, the event strengthened unity and collaboration among participants.
Attendees took full advantage of the opportunity to discuss a range of issues, from operational challenges to workplace well-being. Through brainstorming and collaborative discussions, they formulated practical solutions to address these concerns, paving the way for meaningful improvements.

The tabletop session went beyond serving as a forum for dialogue. It laid the groundwork for collective action and progress within Traffic Operations.
