In line with NLEX Corporation’s commitment to fostering camaraderie and collaboration across its departments, the company organized a series of engaging team bonding events from May to October. These activities were designed to strengthen relationships, promote teamwork, and provide employees with opportunities to unwind and rejuvenate. Each department participated in unique activities that reflected both the nature of their work and their need for relaxation and collaboration.
The Legal Services team kicked off their bonding with a thrilling escape room challenge followed by a relaxing staycation at Casa Lusita in Tagaytay last May. The event encouraged teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving, as the group worked together to solve puzzles, mirroring the way they navigate complex legal challenges in the workplace.



For the Traffic Operations department, the picturesque landscape of Sinagtala provided the perfect backdrop for their teambuilding activities from May to June. Surrounded by nature, the team engaged in fun and collaborative exercises that highlighted the importance of communication and coordination, essential skills in managing traffic operations efficiently.







In May, CABEX employees enjoyed a soothing retreat at Luljetta’s Spa in Rizal. The relaxation spa experience, combined with the stunning views of nature, allowed the team to unwind, recharge, and strengthen their bonds in a serene environment, away from their day-to-day pressures.




The Technology department took to the seas for a unique teambonding experience. In June, they embarked on a yacht ride and enjoyed a staycation at Emon Pulo. This luxurious getaway gave the team time to relax and connect while appreciating the importance of staying innovative and adaptive in their fast-paced, technology-driven roles.



In July, AMD hosted its team building at Palm Beach in Batangas. The beach setting provided the perfect venue for fun games, relaxation, and teambuilding exercises, reinforcing collaboration and leadership skills.




The Central SCM team explored the beauty of the sea with an island-hopping adventure and games at The Sands San Antonio in July. The event was packed with excitement and friendly competition, encouraging participants to work together and build stronger bonds as they enjoyed the sun, sand, and sea.




From August to October, Toll Operations participated in a series of beach activities and teambuilding sessions at Anvaya Cove. These multi-day events allowed employees to break down silos and foster trust across teams, essential for ensuring smooth and efficient toll operations.




Lastly, TDE also experienced a rejuvenating escape at The Sands San Antonio from August to September. Their team bonding focused on collaborative activities and games that emphasized the importance of teamwork in driving success in technical and developmental projects.





The objective of these activities was to strengthen inter-departmental connections, enhance teamwork, and provide NLEX employees with the opportunity to relax and bond outside of the office environment. The events helped employees refocus, recharge, and bring a renewed sense of unity and collaboration to their roles, contributing to NLEX’s ongoing success as an organization.
