NLEX leaders of different divisions attended the LEAD Talks last August 19, 2025 at FYM Seafood Restaurant, this time with Mr. Ronald Dulatre (RTD), Vice President – Treasury, Risk and Insurance Management, and Governor of the NLEX Road Warriors.
With the topics under LEADS leadership brand – “Develop Employees” and “Support Employee Well-being,” RTD reminded our participants that great leadership isn’t just about hitting targets—it’s about helping people grow and feel cared for. He emphasized that development and well-being are two pillars in achieving sustainable success. He shared simple yet powerful practices like giving regular feedback, saying thank you more often, recognizing progress, and making space for new ideas.
He also highlighted the importance of listening with understanding and supporting the well-being of every team member. Like in sports, recovery is key to performance.
He ended his talk with a quote from John Woodent, “A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life.”
The talk left everyone a challenge to do one thing to support someone’s growth or well-being.
