No matter what we do, if it is not being received and felt, what we do means nothing. At NLEX, we cultivate a culture of appreciation. How does NLEX make us feel appreciated?
When do we even feel the appreciation, the care? What does the power of appreciation do to us?

I feel appreciated at NLEX in many ways, including the growth prospects like training and leadership seminars that lead to opportunities for advancement. Through a comprehensive benefits package and additional perks like wellness programs, NLEX cares about employees’ well-being and supports us beyond our work duties.

In general, showing gratitude to staff members involves continuous acknowledgment of our accomplishments, encouraging our personal development and well-being, and creating a happy, encouraging work atmosphere where staff members feel valued. Thank you, NLEX!

Firstly, my superior commends me once my tasks are completed on time, despite of unexpected system issues.

Additionally, there is a yearly merit increase based on performance grade/annual evaluation which has been rewarding on our part since we feel that the work we put in throughout the year has paid off.
