Three batches of Investors in People (IiP) Training and Action Planning facilitated by Mr. Gerry Plana, IiP Consultant were conducted last Mar 10, 14, and 17, 2023 at Luxent Hotel, attended by our NLEX leaders and IiP Champions.
The activity aims to refresh our participants about the three Principles of IiP and to share the 9 Rocks of Leading the People that will guide our organization to improve our people practices.
NLEX Baseline Survey Results were also discussed during the plenary. 99% of NLEX’s total population responded to the IiP Baseline Survey conducted last Feb 2023.
Action planning of Divisions/Departments was also conducted in the afternoon to focus on IiP indicators that need further development.
Cascading of Division baseline survey results and action plans will be facilitated by the IiP Champions.
